Cleaner and cleaner applicant data

If you apply to work through Listo Clean as an independent cleaner, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode or working area, availability, experience, service preferences, right-to-work information, identity verification information, suitability documents, payment or payout details, communication history, and records relating to bookings, customer feedback, cancellations, disputes, or performance concerns.

Where we request right-to-work information, this is used to help us meet legal and compliance obligations.

Promoter, referrer, and partner data

If you apply to become a promoter, referrer, or local partner, we may collect your name, business name where relevant, email address, phone number, promotional code or referral information, payment or reward details, records of referred customers and qualifying bookings, reward calculations, and communication history.
