Is there a minimum commitment?+
No. Regular cleaning continues until you pause or stop it. Just give Listo Clean at least 24 hours’ notice before your next clean.
When will I be charged?+
No payment details are needed when you book, and nothing is charged at that point. We will confirm the payment arrangements with you before the first clean.
What if no cleaner is available?+
Listo Clean will let you know, and you will not be charged for a clean that cannot be arranged.
What happens after I book?+
You’ll receive a booking reference. We’ll arrange a suitable cleaner for the days and arrival times you selected and contact you to confirm the final details. No action is needed unless we contact you.
What if the cleaner does not arrive?+
Tell Listo Clean straight away. We will review what happened, keep you updated and arrange an appropriate refund, credit or replacement where applicable.
Can I change my cleaner?+
Yes. Tell Listo Clean and we will arrange the change discreetly.
What do I need to provide?+
You provide the cleaning products and equipment needed for the clean. You do not need to be home. If you will be out, share safe access instructions with your cleaner before the visit.
